Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Board of Directors
The Role
This is a senior role with real ownership. You'll set up the company's operational framework from the ground up, find viable investment opportunities, coordinate acquisitions and development projects, and run the company's day-to-day operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSet up and manage the company's operational processes, policies and systems
Identify, assess and appraise real estate investment opportunities
Lead land and property acquisition, including due diligence and documentation
Coordinate development projects from start to finish
Work with regulators, consultants, contractors and other stakeholders
Drive business growth, partnerships and deal negotiations
Oversee asset management of the company's property portfolio
Report to the Board on operations, investments and performance
RequirementsDegree in Estate Management, Real Estate, Building, Civil Engineering, Business or a related field
5+ years' experience in real estate operations, property development, investment analysis or land acquisition
Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market, including acquisition, due diligence, investment appraisal and asset management
Proven experience coordinating real estate development projects
Strong leadership, business development, negotiation and strategic planning skills
Professional membership (NIESV, ESVARBON, RICS or similar) is an advantage.
