Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive Order Fulfillment Officer to manage the accurate and timely processing of customer orders.
The successful candidate will coordinate order confirmation, packaging and dispatch, monitor stock levels, maintain accurate order records, and ensure smooth delivery operations.
The role requires strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order fulfillment.
Job Responsibilities Jobposting service
Process and confirm customer orders with accuracy and timeliness( online & in-store)
Coordinate production, packing, and logistics to ensure smooth dispatch and customer satisfaction.
Maintain updated order records, monitor stock levels, and prepare basic reports.
communicate delivery updates, handle order issues, and resolve fulfillment concerns promptly.
Confirm item availability when needed with inventory personnels.
Report discrepancies, shortages, damaged items, and unclear customers instructions immediately to the Inventory Lead or CX Lead.
Prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and documentation of all orders and waybill.
Key Requirements
Interested candidates should possess an OND / HND / Bachelor`s Degree
Proven experience in order fulfillment, logistics coordination, or operations.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with little or o supervision.
Familiarity with order management systems, POS, or spreadsheets is an advantage.
Experience in a FMG is a plus.
SalaryN100,000 - N150,000 monthly.
