Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Outdoor Sales Managerwith a strong background in mobile phone sales under a Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) model* to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the outdoor sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
Drive the acquisition of new customers and retail/store partners.
Identify and activate high-potential stores and sales locations.
Develop strategies to increase mobile phone sales through BNPL financing.
Monitor daily sales performance and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
Recruit, train, coach, and motivate Sales Agents to improve their performance.
Monitor customer quality, repayment performance, and portfolio risk.
Conduct regular field visits to monitor sales activities and resolve operational issues.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Work closely with Operations, Credit, and HR teams to ensure smooth business operations.
Ensure Sales Agents comply with company policies and procedures.
RequirementsMinimum of 2 years' experience in outdoor sales of mobile phones under a BNPL/phone-financing model.
Proven experience managing and supervising a field sales team.
Strong understanding of mobile phone sales and financing.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Good knowledge of the Lagos retail/store market.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and spend significant time in the field.
Must be target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
Previous work experience with M-KOPA or PalmPay is an added advantage
