We are seeking a highly experienced Paint Sales Manager to manage and coordinate distributors nationwide, drive sales growth, develop new business opportunities, and expand the company’s market presence.

Manage and coordinate all distributors nationwide. Develop and implement effective paint sales strategies. Identify and develop new distributors and business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, contractors, and key customers. Drive sales growth and ensure achievement of set sales targets. Monitor distributor performance and provide necessary support. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Develop strategies to expand product distribution and market share. Negotiate with distributors and major clients. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on business performance.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in paint sales. In-depth knowledge of the paint industry and market. Proven experience managing distributors and sales channels. Strong track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills. Strong business development and networking abilities. Previous experience in a sales management position is highly preferred.

N300,000 monthly salary Performance-based sales commission.
