Job Title: Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to customers, visitors, and business associates professionally.
Receive, screen, and direct incoming calls and enquiries.
Respond to customer enquiries regarding the company’s products and services.
Receive and manage correspondence, documents, and deliveries.
Record and maintain accurate visitor and customer information.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Assist with administrative duties, filing, data entry, and documentation.
Liaise with other departments to ensure customers receive prompt assistance.
Provide information about the company’s water products, services, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
RequirementsMinimum of OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Administration, Office Technology Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in front desk, customer service, reception, or administrative work is an advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
