Job Title: Product Manager – Cross-Border Payments
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)
Responsibilties
Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for the organisation's cross-border payment products.
Gather and prioritize business, customer, and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications and user stories.
Work closely with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, Operations, and Compliance teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
Manage product backlogs, sprint planning, feature prioritization, and release schedules using Agile methodologies.
Coordinate the integration of banks, payment gateways, mobile money operators, remittance partners, and Payment Service Providers (PSPs).
Monitor product performance, transaction success rates, customer feedback, and operational metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Compliance to ensure products meet AML/CFT, KYC, sanctions screening, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer interviews to identify new product opportunities.
Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), process flows, acceptance criteria, and release documentation.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and post-launch monitoring.
Work with Customer Support and Operations to resolve product issues and improve customer experience.
Present product updates, roadmaps, and performance reports to senior management.
QualificationsInterested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
SalaryN300,000 - N500,000 monthly.
