Production Manager

Position Overview


We're seeking a self-assured leader to guide cross-functional teams in developing products that enhance customer experience and expand market share, with significant expertise in water quality analysis.


Key Responsibilities


Oversee the execution of all product lifecycle processes, including product and market research, competitor analysis, planning, positioning, requirements and roadmap development, and product launch.
Convert product strategy into detailed specifications for prototyping and final development by engineering teams.
Develop product strategy documents outlining business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue projections, and ROI.
Evaluate market data to formulate sales strategies and define product objectives for effective marketing communications.
Work closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams in the development, QA, and release of products, balancing resources to ensure success across the entire organization.
Create product positioning and messaging that sets [Company X] apart across primary market segments.


Essential Skills and Qualifications


Candidates should hold a Bachelor's Degree with 4 - 5 years of professional experience.
Extensive experience in a dynamic product management role.
Demonstrated success in overseeing all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
High proficiency in managing cross-functional teams.
Track record of delivering finely tuned product marketing strategies.
Outstanding writing and editing abilities, coupled with strong presentation and public speaking skills.
