Role Summary
We are seeking suitably qualified, hardworking, committed and result-oriented individuals to join our team as it strengthens its production, commercial and operational capacity.
Responsible for overseeing the company's daily production operations, ensuring production efficiency, quality, safety, manpower coordination and achievement of production targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate and supervise daily production activities.
Ensure efficient operation of production lines and equipment.
Monitor production output, wastage, downtime and productivity.
Coordinate production personnel and shift activities.
Ensure compliance with production, hygiene and safety standards.
Maintain proper production records and prepare periodic reports.
Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree / HND in Production Management, Engineering, Industrial Management or a related discipline.
Minimum of 3–5 years' relevant production experience, preferably in water, beverage or FMCG manufacturing.
Strong leadership, planning and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of production processes, hygiene and safety standards.
