We are a leading experiential marketing and event production agency dedicated to bringing brands to life through unforgettable live experiences. From massive brand activations and festival build-outs to premium corporate events and custom fabrication structures, we turn bold, creative concepts into reality. We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Project Manager who lives and breathes live events. Please note: This is not an IT or construction role. You must have a proven track record specifically within experiential marketing, event production, or creative agency environments.

End-to-End Project Management:

Own the lifecycle of multiple experiential projects, event productions, and brand activations from ideation through to final strike and load-out. Develop detailed project plans, critical paths, Run-of-Shows, and production timelines to ensure flawless execution. Manage and track budgets diligently, ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining strong agency profitability.

Vendor, Fabrication & Technical Coordination:

Oversee fabrication teams and interpret 2D/3D technical designs to supervise the construction of custom brand assets, exhibition stands, and stages. Source and manage third-party vendors, including production rentals, premium suppliers, lighting/sound technicians, and printers. Supervise on-site crew, labor, brand ambassadors, and technical teams during build-up and live event days.

Stakeholder Collaboration & On-Site Execution:

Act as the primary bridge between our internal creative design teams, client-facing account managers, and external partners. Lead on-site activations, troubleshooting live operational issues calmly and swiftly under high-pressure scenarios. Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and venue structural regulations for all physical installations.

Required Experience & Qualifications

Experience: 4–5+ years of active project management experience strictly within an experiential marketing agency, live event production company, or creative brand activation environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree or HND in Project Management, Marketing, Industrial Design, or a related field (PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage). Technical Literacy: Demonstrated ability to interpret 3D architectural/scenographic renders, floor plans, and technical production layouts. Software: Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com), Microsoft Excel, and presentation tools. Flexibility: Absolute willingness to work non-traditional hours, including late nights, weekends, and traveling to on-site project locations as required.

High-pressure resilience: Thrives in the fast-paced, unpredictable environment of live event operations. Exceptional multitasking: Capable of keeping multiple vendor streams and project timelines moving simultaneously. Negotiation skills: Proven ability to source the best vendors and negotiate favorable rates without compromising quality.
