Are you a certified procurement professional who knows how to secure the right materials, at the right price, from the right suppliers? Our client seeks a Qualified, Certified and Experienced Procurement Officer to strengthen its procurement operations.

Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers. Obtain competitive quotations and ensure cost-effective purchasing. Manage purchase orders, supplier records and procurement documentation. Monitor deliveries, quality, lead times and compliance with procurement procedures. Build reliable supplier relationships while maintaining transparency and accountability.

Relevant Degree or HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline. Recognised professional procurement certification. Demonstrable experience in procurement, preferably within engineering, construction or a technical business environment. Strong negotiation, analytical, organisational and record-keeping skills. High integrity, attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office as well as Industry Standard Procurement Software. Procurement certifican, experience and existing supplier contacts for engineering materials will be an added advantage.
