Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Quality Control Superintendent to lead our Quality Control and Quality Assurance operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the Quality Control/Quality Assurance team.
Inspect and ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products.
Identify defects, non-conformities, and process deviations and ensure timely corrective actions.
Develop and enforce quality inspection procedures and standards.
Monitor product defects, rejection, rework, wastage, and customer complaints.
Conduct root-cause analysis and implement effective corrective/preventive actions.
Work closely with Production and other departments to maintain consistent product quality.
Prepare quality reports and monitor key quality performance indicators.
Train and supervise Quality Control Inspectors.
RequirementsMinimum 4 years' experience in Quality Control Inspection/Quality Assurance.
Strong and in-depth knowledge of QC/QA principles, inspection procedures, defect analysis, and CAPA.
HND/B.Sc. in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
Previous experience in a plastic manufacturing company is an added advantage, especially in injection moulding, blow moulding, coolers, food flasks, or thermoware production.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
