We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Healthcare Quality Specialist to lead quality improvement initiatives, promote patient safety, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical skills, a commitment to continuous quality improvement, and the ability to drive clinical excellence through data analysis, clinical audits, performance monitoring, and the implementation of evidence-based quality management strategies that enhance patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Medicine, or another relevant healthcare discipline; Registered Nurse (RN) or Medical Doctor (MBBS/MD) is preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years' experience in healthcare quality management, clinical governance, patient safety, accreditation, or a related clinical role.
Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards, clinical governance principles, regulatory requirements, and quality improvement methodologies.
Demonstrated experience in conducting clinical audits, analyzing healthcare data, identifying quality gaps, and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Sound clinical judgment with the ability to evaluate patient care processes, interpret clinical indicators, and make evidence-based recommendations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and report-writing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and healthcare data management tools.
High level of professionalism, integrity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams while working with minimal supervision.
