Role Overview
Our client is seeking ambitious and energetic NYSC Corps Members to join our Management Trainee Program.
This program is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional mentorship, and a platform for you to launch your career in the real estate sector.
We are looking for motivated individuals who are eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to contribute to a high-performance team.
Areas of Specialization
We are recruiting trainees across the following departments. Please indicate your department of interest in your application:
Sales & Marketing: Drive property acquisition and sales strategies.
Content Creator: Produce compelling visuals and copy for property listings and brand awareness.
Telesales & Telemarketing: Proactively reach out to leads and convert prospects into clients.
Legal Services: Assist in property documentation, contract reviews, and compliance.
Digital Strategy: Manage online campaigns, lead generation, and digital footprint.
Human Resources: Support talent acquisition, employee engagement, and office administration.
Customer Experience Management: Ensure world-class service delivery and client satisfaction.
RequirementsMust be a currently serving NYSC Corps Member posted to Lagos.
Strong academic background and a passion for the real estate industry.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment in Victoria Island.
Proven ability to meet targets (where applicable).
Proactive, creative, and professional demeanor.
