We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Real Estate Marketer to drive property sales, generate quality leads, and build lasting client relationships.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and proven ability to meet sales targets through effective marketing and business development strategies.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities to generate property sales and investment leads.
Market and promote the company's real estate properties across various channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
Conduct property inspections and presentations for potential clients.
Understand clients' property needs and recommend suitable real estate solutions.
Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to increase property sales.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities.
Negotiate property deals and support clients throughout the sales process.
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and property developments.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Estate Management, Mass Communication, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in real estate sales, marketing, or business development.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the real estate industry.
Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Knowledge of the Lagos real estate market is highly desirable.
SalaryN300,000 monthly - target based (Plus 10% Commission).
