Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Regional Manager to oversee operations within the Eastern Region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing regional teams, strengthening channel partnerships, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving performance targets across the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesProvide overall leadership, supervision, and management of regional teams to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
Drive channel development and foster effective cooperation with key stakeholders, partners, and business channels.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve regional sales, operational, and business performance targets.
Empower, mentor, and develop team members to enhance capability, engagement, and succession readiness.
Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, ensure compliance with company standards, and provide operational support where necessary.
Identify, assess, and mitigate business risks while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Review, analyze, and optimize business and operational data to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
Monitor regional performance metrics and implement corrective actions where required.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on regional activities, achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business objectives.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree from a recognized university in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory, team leadership, business development, sales, or operations management role.
Must be willing and able to travel extensively within the Eastern Region.
