Talents Unlimited is seeking to recruit a qualified, motivated, and results-driven individual to fill the position of Regional Sales & Marketing Manager for its client, a reputable pharmaceutical company located in Ajao Estate, Isolo, Lagos.
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Regional Sales & Marketing Manager to lead, supervise, and drive the performance of medical sales representatives across multiple locations.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage medical sales representatives across the assigned regions.
Develop and implement regional sales and marketing strategies.
Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, pharmacies, healthcare institutions, and key stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for business expansion and increased product penetration.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and sales performance.
Prepare and present regular regional sales reports.
Coach and motivate sales representatives to achieve business objectives.
Ensure team activities comply with company policies and applicable industry requirements.
RequirementsHND or BSc Degree is any relevant discipline.
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
Excellent strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel and supervise teams across the listed locations.
Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and grow business revenue.
SalaryField Float: ₦150,000
N300,000 per month.
