Job Title: Regulatory and Compliance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified, proactive, and detail-oriented Regulatory and Compliance Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations, products, and processes comply with all applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies.
Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor regulatory changes and advise management on their implications.
Coordinate product registration, certification, licensing, and regulatory documentation.
Liaise with relevant regulatory authorities and external agencies.
Develop, implement, and review compliance policies and procedures.
Conduct internal compliance audits, risk assessments, and inspections.
Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and maintenance of compliance records.
Support quality assurance, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Organise compliance training and promote a strong culture of regulatory awareness.
Requirements and Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Law, or a related discipline.
Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
Proven experience in regulatory affairs, compliance management, or quality assurance, preferably in the food manufacturing or FMCG industry.
Good knowledge of applicable food safety regulations, product standards, and regulatory approval processes.
Strong analytical, organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
