Job Summary
We are seeking a Relationship Managerto build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify business opportunities, and drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Identify new business and customer acquisition opportunities.
Understand clients’ needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales/revenue targets.
Follow up on leads, prospects, and existing clients.
Prepare client reports and maintain accurate customer records.
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of client concerns.
Develop strategies to increase client retention and business growth.
Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for business development.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
2–5years of experience in relationship management, sales, business development, banking, or a related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Customer-focused with good relationship-building abilities.
Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
