Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Relationship Officer to drive customer acquisition, build strong client relationships, and support business growth within the assigned location.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcquire new customers and grow the customer base.
Promote the organization’s financial products and services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Meet assigned sales and business development targets.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
RequirementsHND / B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
Minimum of 1 year sales experience in banking or microfinance.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Target-driven and able to work independently.
