Summary
We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Hotel Manager to lead operations and drive growth while upholding our values of excellence, sustainability, and hospitality.
He will be responsible for the overall management, administration, and commercial performance of the resort.
ResponsibilitiesEnsure smooth daily operations, excellent guest satisfaction, and ensure profitability
Oversee all resort departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Security, and entire operations
Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and resort aesthetics while resolving guest complaints and maintaining compliance with all health and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy, revenue, and profitability
Prepare budgets, monitor expenses, and control costs
Review financial reports and operational figures regularly
Foster a positive, professional, and guest-focused work culture
Work with marketing to promote the resort and manage online presence
Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners
Oversee events, weddings, and group bookings to maximize revenue.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Master’s degree/MBA is an advantage
Minimum of 7 years in hotel/resort management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven track record in guest service and operation
Good knowledge of MS Office suite
Must reside or be willing to relocate to Abeokuta.
