Job Title: Restaurant Supervisor

Location: Abeokuta, Ogun

Employment Type: Full-time Job Description

Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house operations during shifts Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and friendly service Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and presentation Coordinate staff schedules, breaks, and shift handovers Train and mentor junior staff Handle customer complaints or concerns effectively Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock ordering Report daily operational issues and performance to management.

HND / B.Sc or equivalent (Culinary of Hospitality certification is a plus) Proven experience as a supervisor or team lead in a restaurant or hospitality setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team Understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays Basic computer skills for POS and reporting systems.
