We are seeking high-performing, results-driven Sales Executives across varying experience levels.
Depending on your experience tier, you will drive client acquisition, pitch luxury property solutions, host site inspections, and negotiate transactions to bring prospective homeowners and investors into this unique living environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic lead-generation and outreach campaigns to position the organization as Abuja’s top choice for serene, modern living.
Conduct proactive outbound sales, direct client engagement, and follow-ups to maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Host guided site tours of the property, articulating the unique blend of modern city facilities and tranquil lifestyle benefits.
Target, negotiate, and close property transactions tailored to client profiles (ranging from individual buyers to high-net-worth investors and corporate accounts based on role seniority).
Manage buyer follow-ups, resolve client objections, and guide customers smoothly through the purchasing and contract-signing process.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, site visits, deal stages, and pipeline status within the company CRM.
Represent the brand professionally at real estate expos, networking events, and local marketing activations.
Build and sustain relationships with estate agents, corporate partners, and key channels to secure ongoing client referrals.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field.
Relevant sales or business development experience corresponding to the salary tiers above (1 to 7+ years). Real estate experience is a strong plus.
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing transactions.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable pitching high-value property solutions.
Strong familiarity with the Abuja residential landscape, market trends, and customer expectations.

Placement and compensation are delineated by proven professional experience:SeniorLevel (7+ years' experience): N550,000 monthly gross
Mid-Level (3–5 years' experience): N450,000 monthly gross
Junior Level (1–2 years' experience): N350,000 monthly gross.
