We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Maitama, Abuja.
We are looking for someone who is commercially sharp, persistent, well-connected and genuinely interested in closing real estate transactions—not simply someone who wants a sales title.
The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to generate qualified leads, build strong client relationships, conduct property presentations and inspections, and convert prospects into completed property transactions.
This is a target-driven sales role for someone who understands the Abuja property market and can confidently engage high-value clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and develop new property sales opportunities through direct prospecting, referrals, networking and digital channels.
Identify prospective buyers and investors and understand their property requirements, budgets and investment objectives.
Present and recommend suitable properties based on clients' needs.
Conduct property inspections, viewings and client presentations.
Manage prospects throughout the sales pipeline, from initial enquiry to negotiation and closing.
Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective and existing clients.
Build and maintain a strong network of clients, investors, professionals and referral sources.
Keep accurate records of leads, client interactions, opportunities and sales activities.
Monitor market developments, competing properties, pricing and emerging opportunities within Abuja.
Work closely with management and relevant internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution.
Consistently work toward and achieve agreed sales targets.
Requirements3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, property marketing or a closely related sales role.
Demonstrable record of generating leads and converting prospects into sales.
Good knowledge of the Abuja real estate market, particularly the premium residential and commercial segments.
Strong negotiation, presentation and client-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to independently develop a sales pipeline and manage multiple prospects.
Professional appearance, confidence and strong business etiquette.
Proficiency with digital communication, social media and basic CRM/sales-tracking tools.
A strong commercial mindset and willingness to work with measurable sales targets.
