Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales and marketing activities.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, good management skills, and the ability to lead a team while driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve set targets.
Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.
Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Set sales targets and ensure they are achieved.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Train and guide sales team members to improve their performance.
Work with management to develop plans for increasing sales and market presence.
Ensure proper follow-up with customers and maintain excellent customer relationships.
RequirementsMinimum of an HND in Business Administration or a related field.
Must have proven sales and marketing experience
Strong management and leadership skills
Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with targets and deliver measurable results.
Good knowledge of the market and customer relationship management.
Must be proactive, organized, and result-oriented.
2–4 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or a supervisory/management role is preferred.
SalaryN150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
