Job Summary
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for leading teams and driving business growth? We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our commercial team.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager based in Port Harcourt to lead sales operations across the South-South region, driving business growth, team performance, and market execution.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and supervise Field Executives to achieve business objectives.
Drive sales volume and deliver assigned territory targets.
Ensure the right product mix is available across customer outlets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors.
Monitor field activities and ensure adherence to journey plans.
Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer insights.
Ensure excellent product visibility and merchandising standards in the open market.
RequirementsMinimum of Higher National Diploma (HND).
3 - 5 years' sales experience, preferably within the FMCG or distribution industry.
Previous experience managing sales or field teams is an added advantage.
Strong leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
Good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Willingness to spend significant time in the field.
