We are seeking an experienced Sales Marketer/Sales Manager to conduct marketing and sales activities across Lagos, generate new business, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales of building materials.

Conduct sales and marketing activities within Lagos. Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities. Promote and sell building materials to prospective and existing customers. Generate leads and convert prospects into paying customers. Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, dealers, and other industry stakeholders. Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities. Achieve assigned sales targets. Conduct market visits and identify new market opportunities. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Prepare regular sales and marketing reports.

Proven experience in building materials sales. Good knowledge of the Lagos building materials market. Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and networking skills. Proven ability to generate leads and close sales. Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented. Ability to conduct field marketing activities across Lagos. Applicants must live on Lagos Island or its environs. Previous experience in a sales management role is an added advantage.

N200,000 monthly salary Sales commission.
