Our client MoCuddles, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive (Female Preferably) o manage sales and marketing activities across the Northern Region. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing customer and distributor relationships, driving product sales, and supporting smooth distribution and logistics operations.

Identify and engage new customers, including distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, hospitals, maternity homes and retail outlets. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors to drive repeat business. Conduct regular field marketing and promotional activities to increase product awareness and sales. Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Visit hospitals, maternity homes, supermarkets, baby stores and other relevant retail outlets to market Mocuddles products. Identify and onboard new distributors and support their development. Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers and key retail customers. Provide regular market feedback, including competitor activities and customer trends. Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales/marketing reports. Develop weekly prospecting and marketing plans. Support warehouse, inventory and logistics activities where required. Coordinate with logistics personnel to ensure timely delivery of products to customers and distributors. Monitor stock levels and report shortages or surpluses. Support the company in maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Proven experience in sales, marketing, business development or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation and customer relationship skills. Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities. Target-driven with a strong focus on achieving results. Ability to work independently and manage field activities effectively. Willingness to travel within the Northern Region. Good reporting and organisational skills. Knowledge of the Northern Nigerian market and customer networks will be an advantage.

Salary: N150,000 monthly. Sales Commission Distributor Acquisition Commission Transport Allowance.
