Oversee the articulation and execution of marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with the overall corporate strategy, goals, and objectives.
Deposit mobilization (as per set target).
Make business presentations in Corporate Organizations, etc.
Preparation/packaging of quality risk assets
Loan monitoring and recovery of all loans booked
MPR presentations
Writing of call memos/call plans
Debt recoveries/account reactivation
Relationship Management
Budget analysis/monitoring and expenditure control
Balance sheet monitoring
Rendition of branch weekly returns on activities of Branch Operations to Head Office
Inspect prospective clients' businesses to ascertain their viability and assess collateral.
Team Leadership; collaborate with staff to ensure successful execution of designated strategies.
Lead generation through organized sales presentations to prospects.
Implement and execute regular sales activities to generate business.
Achieve the overall profitability target of the microfinance bank.
Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time to meet the objectives of the Company
RequirementsCandidates should possess relevant qualifications and experience.
SalaryN300,000 - N400,000 Monthly.
