Orfema offers a wide range of healthcare and Pharmaceutical products. We import and market pharmaceutical Raw materials within other manufacturers of medicine in Nigeria and beyond. We import and market finished pharmaceutical medicines in Nigeria. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

 Job Title: Sales Representative

Location: Agege, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the training of newly engaged marketing staff as well organize periodic in-service training for all Sales Representatives engaged by the company. You shall oversee all marketing and sales activity, nationwide. To this effect, all marketing and sales personnel shall report directly to you. You will be responsible for the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly budgets. You shall monitor the activities of all the Sales Representatives in achieving the monthly sales target. You shall examine and access the marketers’ sales reports monthly. You will be involved in the stock and production plans. You shall report to the office at least four times in a month, purposely on debts recovery and scrutiny of Sales Reps accounts. You shall visit all Regions, a minimum of once in a quarter to work in the field with all Sales Reps. You shall directly supervise Distributors/Dealers Nationwide Any other business that may be assigned by the MD from time to time.
