We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Balogun Market, Lagos Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Schedule: Mon – Sat, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Responsibilities
Manage and respond to inquiries to all online and offline customers.
Attend to walk-in customers with their purchases.
Operate the sales system for order processing and inventory management.
Package items appropriately for dispatch and facilitate the order process, including pickup or delivery arrangements.
Issue invoices, including delivery fees, and send company account details for payment.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.
RequirementsProven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficient in using social media platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram).
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Candidates must live within Lagos Island and its environs (candidates far from the job location won’t be considered).
SalaryN120,000 per month.
