Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging customers, promoting our flooring and interior finishing products, preparing quotations, following up on prospects, closing sales, and building lasting customer relationships.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be comfortable using WhatsApp and social media for sales, possess strong customer-service skills, and be passionate about achieving sales targets.
RequirementsHave 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in flooring, building materials, real estate, interior décor, furniture, construction, or a related industry.
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Be confident when speaking with customers and presenting products.
Be highly persuasive and capable of closing sales.
Have strong negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Be comfortable using WhatsApp, social media, email, and basic digital tools for sales.
Be proactive and capable of generating leads independently.
Be organized and disciplined with customer follow-ups.
Be willing to work with and achieve sales targets.
Be presentable, professional, energetic, and results-oriented.
Be willing to attend customer meetings and site visits when required.
