Job Description
This is a hands-on leadership role.
You will not only manage and drive the sales team, but also actively generate and handle leads, close deals, and manage the performance standard for the team.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of Sales Executives to meet and exceed targets
Personally handle leads and close deals consistently
Monitor and enforce strict follow-up and lead management processes
Track and manage the sales pipeline for both yourself and the team
Drive inspections, negotiations, and conversions
Ensure zero lead leakage across the team
Analyze performance and implement strategies to improve results
Requirements1-3 years experience in real estate sales (Mandatory)
Proven track record of personally closing deals consistently
Prior experience leading or managing a sales team
Strong understanding of:
- Sales pipelines
- Lead management systems
- Real estate sales process
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Highly disciplined, accountable, and results-driven
SalaryN150,000 - N250,000 per month. (Plus Commission & Incentives).
