They are seeking an experienced Salon Operations Manager to oversee its daily operations, supervise staff, ensure excellent customer service, and drive business performance. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage people, coordinate activities, and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the salon.

Oversee the daily operations of the salon and ensure smooth service delivery. Supervise and coordinate salon staff, ensuring punctuality, professionalism, and accountability. Manage staff schedules, attendance, and work assignments. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and enquiries. Monitor appointments and ensure customers receive timely and satisfactory services. Monitor daily sales, revenue, and overall business performance. Ensure salon products, tools, and equipment are adequately stocked and properly maintained. Monitor inventory, track product usage, and coordinate the replenishment of supplies. Ensure the salon maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety. Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency. Prepare regular reports on sales, inventory, staff performance, and general operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements and Qualifications

First Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is an advantage. 2 – 3 years' experience in salon management, hospitality, retail operations, or a similar supervisory role. Proven experience managing and supervising a team. Good understanding of salon operations and customer service. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work with minimal supervision. Basic knowledge of inventory management, sales monitoring, and reporting. Proximity to Agungi Lagos, is strongly preferred.
