 Job Title: Security Coordinator

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Security Coordinator to oversee security operations within a manufacturing facility, ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and company assets while maintaining effective security procedures and compliance.

Coordinate and supervise daily security operations and security personnel. Monitor access control, CCTV systems, and routine patrols. Investigate and report security incidents, theft, and policy violations. Ensure compliance with company security policies and emergency procedures. Liaise with law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. Maintain accurate security records and recommend security improvements.

Minimum of SSCE academic qualification. 3–5 years of experience in a security leadership role within a factory/manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of industrial security operations and incident management. Good leadership, communication, and report-writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Possession of security certifications is an added advantage.
