Description
We are seeking a vigilant, proactive, and professional Security Officer to ensure the safety of our personnel, assets, premises, and visitors.
Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor premises to prevent theft, violence, property damage, or unauthorized access.
Control access points for visitors, staff, vendors, and delivery vehicles.
Conduct regular patrols around company facilities, warehouses, and equipment storage areas.
Inspect security access gates, doors, windows, and surveillance systems daily.
Maintain clear duty logs, visitor registers, and report security incidents promptly to management.
Enforce company health, safety, and operational security policies on site.
Assist with emergency procedures (fire safety, evacuation, and basic first response).
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience as a Security Officer, Security Guard, or similar security role.
Education: Candidates should possess an OND or SSCE.
Strong physical fitness, alertness, and keen attention to detail.
Excellent understanding of access control, surveillance procedures, and emergency response.
Strong verbal communication and conflict resolution skill
High integrity, honesty, and emotional stability.
Prior security training or experience working with corporate/industrial firms is an added advantage.
SalaryN70,000 - N100,000 / Month.
