Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate security patrol operations.
Monitor patrol officers and ensure they perform their duties effectively.
Recruit, train, and manage security guards.
Ensure compliance with security procedures and protocols.
Handle emergencies, resolve conflicts, and report incidents.
Maintain good relationships with clients and team members.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of an OND certificate.
2–3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the security industry.
Must be able to ride a motorcycle and possess a valid motorcycle licence.
Ability to recruit, train, and supervise security guards.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of security procedures and emergency response.
Must be physically fit, reliable, and able to work flexible hours.
Age: 25–50 years.
SalaryN150,000 monthly.
