We are seeking a highly vigilant and experienced Security Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Security and Investigations industry. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in overseeing security operations, ensuring the safety and protection of property, personnel, and information. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage security staff, coordinate emergency responses, and implement effective security protocols. The Security Supervisor will collaborate closely with other departments and law enforcement agencies to maintain a secure environment and minimize risks. Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel to ensure adherence to security procedures and policies. Conduct regular inspections and audits of security practices to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective measures. Manage the deployment and scheduling of security staff for optimum coverage and response readiness. Investigate security breaches, incidents, and alarms, documenting findings and reporting to management promptly. Train and mentor security team members to enhance their skills and maintain high performance levels. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and emergency services during critical incidents and investigations. Develop and update security protocols and emergency response plans to address evolving threats and compliance requirements.

Proven experience in security supervision or management within the securitysector. Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, and emergency response procedures. Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide personnel effectively. Ability to analyze security systems, identify weaknesses, and implement improvements. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with staff, clients, and law enforcement. High level of integrity, vigilance, and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information. Certification in security management or related fields (e.g., CPP, PSP) is highly desirable.
