We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Supervisor to join our team in the Security and Investigations industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our premises, employees, and clients. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership skills, keen attention to detail, and the ability to respond swiftly and effectively to any security incidents. The Security Supervisor will coordinate with various departments, implement security protocols, conduct regular inspections, and maintain comprehensive reports on all security activities. This position plays a critical role in mitigating risks, managing security staff performance, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of security personnel to ensure optimal coverage and effectiveness. Develop, implement, and enforce security policies and procedures in line with industry standards. Conduct regular security inspections and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements. Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, and emergencies, managing incidents according to established protocols. Train and mentor security staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company policies. Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, staff performance, and operational activities for management review. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary to enhance security measures.

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role within the security industry. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team of security personnel. In-depth knowledge of security operations, emergency response procedures, and safety regulations. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency in using security systems, surveillance equipment, and reporting software. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for reporting and coordination purposes. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
