Racham Empowerment and Humanitarian Foundation (REHF) is a non-governmental, non-profit, faith-inspired humanitarian organization committed to empowering orphans, widows, vulnerable children, women, and indigent communities across Nigeria. REHF was established in response to the growing realities of poverty, lack of access to education, food insecurity, legal injustice, and social exclusion, especially among marginalized populations in urban slums and rural communities. The Foundation operates with a strong emphasis on sustainability, dignity, accountability, and measurable impact, delivering both emergency humanitarian relief and long-term empowerment interventions. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

Key Requirements

3-5+ years of relevant experience Experience managing an orphanage or residential children's home Knowledge of child safeguarding and protection Experience supervising caregivers and residential staff Understanding of children's welfare, healthcare, hygiene and feeding. Strong leadership, integrity, patience, and compassion Willingness to live and work within the orphanage environment Ability to provide verifiable references.

Preference will be given to candidates with a background in the various  job positions. Candidates must be fluent in English.
