About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Consultant to lead strategic HR advisory engagements, manage senior client relationships, and deliver human capital solutions for large organisations and multinational companies.
The ideal candidate will have strong HR consulting expertise, a proven track record of leading complex client engagements, and the ability to advise executive-level stakeholders. Previous experience with a Big Four professional services firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY or KPMG) is highly desirable.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead HR consulting engagements covering HR strategy, organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and performance management.
Advise senior executives on organisational effectiveness, workforce transformation, change management, and people strategy.
Conduct HR audits, organisational assessments, and policy reviews, developing practical recommendations.
Design and implement HR frameworks, policies, processes, and people management solutions.
Manage multinational and large corporate client relationships, presenting recommendations and implementation plans to senior stakeholders.
Lead consulting projects, manage deliverables, timelines, resources, and quality standards.
Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, and expansion of existing accounts.
Mentor consulting team members and support the development of consulting methodologies and solutions.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience, with substantial experience in HR consulting, human capital advisory, or organisational transformation.
Experience advising multinational organisations or large corporate clients.
Previous Big Four experience is highly desirable; comparable experience in leading international consulting firms will also be considered.
Strong expertise in HR strategy, organisational design, talent management, performance management, and change management.
Proven ability to lead projects, manage senior stakeholders, and develop client relationships.
Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and proposal development capabilities.
CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, or another recognised professional HR qualification is an advantage.
