Primary Responsibilities



Strategic HR Leadership


Develop and implement HR strategies in line with business goals.
Provide guidance and alignment for subsidiary HR teams.
Work closely with senior management to support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.


Talent Management


Supervise recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention processes.
Spearhead career development, succession planning, and leadership development programs.
Establish performance management systems to boost productivity.


Compliance and Policy Administration


Ensure adherence to labor laws and organizational policies.
Regularly review and enforce HR policies and statutory requirements.


Employee Engagement and Relations


Cultivate a collaborative and positive workplace environment.
Address and resolve employee concerns effectively.
Initiate employee engagement programs to enhance satisfaction and productivity.


Compensation And Benefits


Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct periodic reviews of salary structures to maintain market competitiveness.


Training and Development

HR Operations and Analytics


Utilize HR analytics to assess the impact of HR strategies.
Oversee payroll processes and employee records management.

Qualifications


Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI) is highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with 2-3 years in a leadership role, preferably in a holding company or diversified organization.
