Senior Manager, Technical Sales Oil & Gas

The desired candidate will:

Take the lead in providing overall vision, strategy, tactics and goals for the division.
Develop an annual sales strategy and business plan to drive divisional growth.
Show adequate knowledge of key decision makers in the industry.
Develop and manage annual divisional budgets.
Hire and participate in the training of the sales force.
Ensure the sales force is motivated and focused on target delivery.
Lead market research and competitive analysis in order to identify threats & opportunities and develop the required immediate response.
Propose complementary strategies across Group divisions to strengthen the company’s market share position.
Act in the best interest of the company at all times and ensure the company's brand equity is not eroded.
Evaluate the performance and productivity of the sales force.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

Advanced Degree and relevant Certifications.
Minimum of 15 years experience in sales/business development focused roles with demonstrable achievements.
Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
Strong leadership qualities.
Proven ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
Experience in high-end client engagement, marketing communications,
