Job Title: Senior Quality Control / Quality Assurance Engineer

Summary
The ideal candidate must have a strong background in quality assurance and quality control within civil construction, particularly warehouse, factory, and road construction projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and monitor Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) plans for construction activities.
Inspect construction materials, workmanship, and completed works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Conduct quality inspections and tests at various stages of construction.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements.
Review technical drawings, method statements, and Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
Identify, document, and follow up on non-conformities, ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports, test records, and other project documentation.
Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and project management to resolve quality-related issues.
Monitor concrete works, structural works, road construction, and other civil engineering activities to ensure quality standards are maintained.
Ensure all construction activities comply with approved procedures and project quality requirements.
Requirements:Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within civil construction.
Proven experience in warehouse, factory, and road construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, inspection procedures, and testing methods.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Excellent reporting, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Must be available for immediate employment and ready to work at the project site in Shagamu, Ogun State.
SalaryN400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
