Job Summary
We are currently looking to engage a highly competent and result-orientedSenior Specialist, Learning Media Producer (Instructional Media Specialist) with strong personal & professional integrity to join our dynamic team in the Nile Digital Education.
ResponsibilitiesProduce instructional videos, animations, screen recordings, podcasts and other multimedia learning assets.
Translate learning objectives and instructional designs into engaging visual and audio experiences.
Develop storyboards, scripts, shot lists and production plans for learning content.
Record and edit lectures, demonstrations, interviews and instructional materials.
Apply instructional design principles, accessibility standards and adult learning principles to media production.
Collaborate with Learning Designers, subject matter experts and faculty to develop learning media.
Manage post-production activities including video editing, audio enhancement,
captioning and graphics integration.
Maintain a structured digital media library and ensure appropriate version control.
Develop templates and production standards to improve consistency and scalability.
Monitor learner engagement with multimedia content and recommend improvements.
Coordinate external media vendors where required.
Ensure all media assets comply with institutional branding and copyright requirements.
Educational and Professional Qualification(s) required for this position
Bachelor's Degree in Film Production, Mass Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, Instructional Technology or related discipline.
5–7 years' experience in instructional media, multimedia production, e-learning, or digital content production.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent tools.
Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning environments.
Strong knowledge of video, audio, animation, and interactive media production.
Experience developing educational or corporate learning content is highly desirable.
