Role Summary
The Social Media Specialist manages and grows social media presence for clients and / or the agency itself, developing content strategies, publishing schedules, and community engagement plans that drive brand awareness and audience growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media content calendars aligned to client or brand strategy
Write, schedule, and publish content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor and engage with audiences, managing community interactions and comments
Track platform analytics and prepare regular performance reports with insights
Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and content formats
Collaborate with the Design Lead and Media Specialist on content assets
Support paid social amplification planning alongside the Ads Specialist
Requirements & Qualifications
2 - 3+ years managing social media accounts professionally (brand or agency side)
Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategy and best practices
Excellent copywriting and content planning skills
Experience with social media management and analytics tools
Creative eye with the ability to spot trends early
Comfortable working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
