Job Summary
The Social Media Specialist manages CIG Motors' social media presence, developing content and campaigns that grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate traffic and leads across social platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Planning & Execution:Develop and manage a social media content calendar across platforms.
Execute organic and paid social media campaigns aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Community & Reputation Management:Engage with followers, respond to comments and direct messages, and manage the brand's online reputation.
Monitor conversations and sentiment around the brand and escalate issues where necessary.
Analytics & Optimization:Track social media performance metrics and prepare regular reporting.
Analyze data to optimize content and campaign performance.
Collaboration & Trend Monitoring:Work closely with the Creative Director and Motion Designer & Video Editor to develop content assets.
Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep content relevant.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Must have 2- 4 years' experience managing brand social media accounts.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Sound knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
Analytical skills, with familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Creativity and strong awareness of digital and social trends.
Effective community management skills.
