Job Summary
We are currently looking to engage a highly competent and result-orientedSpecialist, Education & Business Intelligence with strong personal & professional integrity to join our dynamic team in the Nile Digital Education Department.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain education and business intelligence dashboards.
Analyse enrolment, retention, progression, completion and financial data.
Develop performance indicators and institutional scorecards.
Conduct trend and variance analysis.
Build forecasting and scenario models.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth, cost optimisation and operational improvement.
Develop executive reports and management insights.
Integrate data from multiple institutional systems.
Establish data definitions, reporting standards and governance practices.
Support strategic planning through evidence-based analysis.
Monitor competitor, market and education-sector trends.
Partner with business units to translate data into strategic actions.
Educational and Professional Qualification(s) required for this position
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
4–6 years' experience in BI, analytics or business intelligence.
Advanced Power BI/Tableau skills.
Strong SQL and Excel skills.
Experience with data modelling and dashboard development.
Strong commercial and analytical acumen.
Education-sector analytics experience is an advantage.
