Requirements
Qualifications:OND/HND in Accounting, Purchasing & Supply, Hospitality Management or related field.
Experience:Minimum 3 years in food & beverage stores or stock control.
Key Requirements:Knowledge of recipe costing, yield variance and stock-loss detection. Must be comfortable conducting physical stock counts and enforcing stock controls.
General Requirements:High integrity, accountability and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain professional independence.
Relevant hospitality, retail, finance, cash handling or stock-control experience is an advantage.
