Ruebits is a values-driven child development initiative committed to nurturing confident, compassionate, and emotionally intelligent children through education, mentorship, and community engagement. The organization focuses on integrating Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) with character development, helping children grow in self-awareness, empathy, leadership, and responsibility. Through structured learning experiences, mentorship programs, and community initiatives, Ruebits aims to equip children with the foundational skills needed to thrive both personally and socially.

Ruebits operates through three core pillars Education, Entertainment, and Ephphathadelivering programs such as the Ruebits Clubhouse learning sessions, One Child One Bible outreach initiative, mentorship programs, and future community learning libraries designed to expand access to knowledge and positive developmental experiences.

With a growing presence across multiple communities, Ruebits is building a leadership volunteer team of experienced professionals who are passionate about contributing their expertise to initiatives that create meaningful and lasting impact for children. All leadership roles begin as mission-driven volunteer engagements, with opportunities to evolve into long-term strategic leadership positions as the organization expands. We are  recruiting to fill the position below:

We're looking for Storytellers who know how to take an idea, experience, or lesson and turn it into something people can feel and remember. You find the heart of a moment and help everyone else see it too.

Children's stories and story concepts Character development and story worlds Narratives for comics, videos, animations, and campaigns Real-life stories and experiences Creative concepts for Ruebits projects.

Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 1 years experience.

You're passionate about education, child development, learning, teaching, or creating experiences that help children grow.
