We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruitment team.
The successful candidate will support the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening CVs, contacting applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to start or build a career in Recruitment, Human Resources, or Talent Acquisition.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource and identify potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Review and screen CVs against job requirements.
Contact candidates to discuss available opportunities and confirm their interest.
Conduct initial candidate screening and basic interviews.
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
RequirementsMinimum of OND/HND/BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Social Sciences, or a related field.
No prior work experience required.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to organize information.
Willingness to learn and develop a career in Talent Acquisition.
Must be willing to work on-site at Ring Road, Ibadan.
SalaryN70,000 / month.
HMO is provided.
